Brown and not an "outsourced" service.

Some CPA's outsource to engineering firms, or use sub-contractors to do components.

I manage them myself so they've been a little easier to manage as things like exterior maintenance gets outsourced and I know they will always get done.  

Like @Maher T. my properties were turned over to a local property management company last October, so they (HU) seem to be outsourcing this now.

I know for REO, they outsourced a big portion of their assets to an asset mgmt co.

@Chris Clothier  Seems like a perfect job to out source to India. 😀   Actually I like that keeps you in front of your client and you could let them know about something special that came up etc.  

Snow removal, an issue in Chicago (this alone can take a few hours a week unless you outsource it)) Vacancies, as mentioned above the preparing, showing, screening are probably the most time consuming parts) Maintenance/Repairs, these can vary... for example, if you are painting this rascal this summer, your hours will skyrocket.

Tasks than can be outsourced should be outsourced.

Fees - You need money to reinvest to grow... make sure you have a solid fee structure in place & outsource to keep costs low - it's not about doors, it's about revenue.
