No you must have mistaken me for someone else and I didn't say I was in the market for a HUD home all I said was if you knew about the programs why not tell me.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but what I understood is that he was pointing out that your projections seemed to be wildly optimistic, and allowed for nearly no room for error.

Update: I may be mistaken on that and the restricted fees may only be "referral fees"

That deferred amount, if I'm not mistaken, isn't costing you any additional interest because its not a part of your new active loan.
