And you act like it's a "far out there" idea for a popular finance guru to launch a training & mentorship programs aimed at ripping people off lol.

Don't send a standard Just Sold card, figure out what homes you want to sell and where in that Austin market and use your recent success as a launch into that.

One could argue that the marketplaces add nominal value as part of the underwriting process, but given that most of them are trying to be all things to all people and launch nationwide I don't really see how this is really feasible.
