I agree on the appointment … I am a stickler myself on punctuality although I do find myself missing appointments because I am just learning to finally after 40 some years to actually figure out how to put them in my outlook calendar but I still miss them on accident.. and its no ones fault but mine.. and up until a few years ago I would NEVER book an appointment for more than a week in advance..
