Not a giant pay check but its a start.

I get out of my truck in in work boots and long pant and put on my giant tool belt complete with suspenders.  

It looks like a giant house, but it's got a seperate entrance to the far right of the front door.

In short, I wouldn't worry about it unless it's something that you were super clear was a giant red line through the whole process.. especially not when it's 3 days.

Some of the value in that giant PPM is that it states risks again and again so that they (the investor) can't later come back and say "but I didn't know" or "they didn't tell me".  

Pretty shocking gain of $.4 million but they put significant rehab work in and again, this is a highly desirable area with top rated schools and good proximity to big employers like Apple and many other Silicon Valley giants.

Many only work with big giants like State Farm, Farmers, All State and don't even know there are local companies who are A+ rated with less premium.
