In a former life I indeed wore the attorney hat but alas Real Estate is all I do these days.To the original question....it can vary widely from $100 or so per hour to $500 depending on the number of floors your attorney is above the ground.Ask around your REIA and I am sure someone can give you a solid referral.  

Without knowing hat you are planning, I'm not sure what your LLC is really for, and at this point I don't see that it is necessary.
