This one is for the ones who won't give up and think that badgering you endlessly will force you to do what they want.I think some landlords don't realize or forget that "no" is an acceptable answer.

That's it.Yes, I could have spent the time going through the maze of government departments to find the answer,  as I did.

It just shows that the opertunities are endless and you can literally find 1000 different ways to invest. 

Tenants have a portal, the flexibility is endless.

They all break, and you'll get endless phone calls to fix them! 

Textured walls are also harder to clean and in certain areas like halls and stairs seem to be endlessly dirt and impossible to clean.

If they've been a good tenant, I would consider covering the cost of the AC they bought (within reason).I don't use warranties in my rentals, but I've been tempted to endlessly shop around or fix things myself to save money. 

I think its a GREAT city and endless opportunity.. unlike parts of other cities in the rust best were there are areas that are beyond salvage and will eventually go to pasture.Chicago has these incredible brick homes that were built like tanks.. so great bones.. and the city is not dying.. its thriving.. politics aside... to me in your business this is a never ending land of opportunity.. much more so than we have on the west coast..

Why would you sell it for a loss, then buy something else for another loss plus more losses for endless repairs on the next crap car?
