I recently came across a new construction storage facility in Western Wisconsin that sells each unit individually.

Resource Bank will do 25 year loans at about prime plus 1% with 5 year adjustments on ANY property within their geographic focus (far western IL small towns), with 20% down, but they will do mixed use, commercial, multi-unit and SFR.

Hi all, I'm interested in purchasing this office commercial real estate in Western Washington.

Over the last 9 years I've been a part time RE investor in Western, NY and have built a self-managed portfolio of 7 properties and 19 units while running my main business, Productions by Tim, a wedding video production company.

Not quite as good as say the midwest, but these properties tends to be in Western Colorado.

A lot of my network invest in Western Mass such as Worcester County and the Lowell area.
