Keep it in the back of my mind and when something happens to the guy get it surveyed and ask him to tear it down ?

I request current and past zoning code violations, past permits issued, zoning classification, copy of a plat of survey, outstanding water bills, fines and other monies owed to the city.  

@Shane Albert,I sent you a PM, feel free to send over the property Address (and a Plat of Survey if you have one) and I could do a quick look into the Zoning for you to see what you would be allowed to build "By Right".Sounds like this could be a great project!

I have found a few pieces of land that have been surveyed and zoned for subdivisions but that's all that has happened. 

I need to get a survey and elevation certificate.
