Hello all!

My name is Phil, and I am a new member to BP. I've been learning about real estate investing for a couple weeks now and I'm slowly but surely working towards closing my first deal and beginning my real estate journey. I'm a full time pilot for an aerial survey company based out of Olathe, KS. I absolutely love to fly and will continue to do so until I am physically unable to. I started thinking about investing in real estate when the COVID19 pandemic decimated the airline industry. Many pilots have been furloughed and I'm one of the lucky ones that still has a job. Now, I'm starting to look at different avenues for a safety blanket to protect myself and family in the event of a furlough in the future.

I'm looking forward to networking with many of you, and will be looking at starting out around the Kansas City area.

Stay healthy and have a good rest of your week, go chiefs!
