I have some guys in a fishing club and when they come to town for a fishing tournament they send me a check.

Plumber had to fish them out a couple times, and then he would tend to linger.

They may respond with1) Oh yeah we had to get 37 different forms in triplicate from the state and county which resulted in a review of a new tax thingie.... requiring all 7 partners to call a meeting with officials from Fish and Wildlife, but in the end we only had to send that form.

What I see for too many people with properties this size, is that they're buying themselves a job.I normally go to Cabo every year or sometimes 2x a year, normally fishing.
