Since they are 20 year am notes (which can still provide good cash flow in houston) by the time they expire (if I still have them) a giant chunk of principle will have been paid down.

I have found: class A properties have lots of newer European carsclass B properties have lots of new Japanese/Korean carsclass C properties have lots of trucksclass D properties have lots of POS vehicles.I adjust +/- based upon the mix of the different levels and ages of cars in the neighborhood.I am not saying that the car makes the person, but it is a pretty simple matrix when doing a first evaluation of a property.

There are 5 base models you can choose from if you don't want the hassle of designing your own home with architects, especially since most of my ideal buyers won't speak Spanish, and the owners of this property have a contracting company that buyers can use, which we recommend as the main contractor is European and has built castles by hand, as opposed to the Ecuadorean contractors who build homes that collapse in 10 years.
