Everyone goes about this business differently and there are definitely opportunities for both sectors in Philly. 

Apartment property sector demand can be threatened by a booming market in single-family-home sales spurred by low interest rates, weak demand for apartments due to a struggling economy and job losses; and overbuilding

Too much is going on worldwide for that to be a “safe” scenario.  

However, all private sector jobs are short-lived.

Without new companies moving into the city and creating replacement jobs, the only jobs left will be low-paying service sector jobs.
