With the finishing touches coming to an end and list day very *fingers crossed* closely approaching us I would love to step back from this and get some concrete systems in place.I've embarked on two wholesale campaigns on my own and am loving it - the exposure to seeing houses, judging offers/repairs/ARVs, negotiations, and so much more has been an experience i cannot put a cost to.

Then even after I rehab the property and place a tenant in it I would have to cross my fingers I'm able to find somewhere to cash out refinance after 6 months which at that point I'll have only had a tenant in the property producing rental income for a very short time since most of the time will be performing the rehab.
