Great advice, most frequent themes seem to be:No money, "Analysis paralysis," Unclear Investment Strategy, and "I'm in the wrong market" Feel free to diagnose (me) but I don't think I'm worried about choosing the investment strategy, being in the wrong market, lack of funds, or even "analysis paralysis"  First, I love the advice that the "first few deals are the learning curve and not the home run" @Kai Kopsch Application and practice, over theory and research.
