Does anyone take property pics with their cell phone as opposed to a digital camera??

What's the best way to bring wifi to my building so set up security cameras and fire alarm to the network?

Checking on that so far I have been told that if I has a sound proof he will be fined.Right now I'm comparing the cost between fence, video cameras and sign.Also found some products that will keep dogs away, which I will try.Thanks again all

But, I'm not a camera guy so I really don't know what to look for except that I need a DSLR camera in order to get photographs with the whole room and not just a corner of a room.I won't take enough photographs to justify the expense of buying a new DSLR camera.

Cameras would be a good idea if not already installed.

This will add protection to your property, increase the chance that you will have longer term tenants and make your property more appealing, possibly at a higher rent in the future.Maybe get an inexpensive wifi camera system to catch the neighbors in the act.I personally don't mind spending money to fix problems so that they don't keep being problems.

You may want to get the local police to perform surveillance on the home.

Or I suppose you could buy one of those fake CCTV cameras and put it up in the laundry room for $39 to appear like the room is being monitored...would feel pretty "watched" cheating the laundry.

Paid him $1000 flat plus expenses for ~5 days of work to assemble furniture and do all the misc basic startup stuff (internet, cameras, appliance delivery, etc).
