So one problem you have is as you get larger and manage more you are Dependant on others and will have to hammer home your same ideals and give little room for employee error.Most I have used nickel and dime you to death and simply do NOT go the extra mile if it is something they are not making money on like a vacant property.

This resulted in a citizen’s standby with a Sheriff protecting the home we were building to make sure the contractor didn’t make good on his threats to take a hammer to home as he exited.Don’t be too hard on yourself for being honest and kind in the face of all of the con artists out there.Consider your $13k loss a valuable and relatively cheap lesson.

:-)they sold properties be it rentals they sold lots ( lehigh acres) most of the rentals they sold were D class to some C class so they had a lot of issues with investor getting hammered kind of like Clayton Morris although not outright fraud like Morris.. just poor product ( U know hood properties in detroit are not going to be consistent cash flow machines) They also were a seminar fullfilment company who did the back end and marketing for your top name motivational speakers etc etc.
