Does your lease have ongoing annual, semi-annual reporting of business sales and the tenant's personal finances?

I'd paint in semi-gloss as it is resistant to most stains and cleans pretty easily.

I went with HostGater because when I did my research they had good reviews, were user friendly for the semi web design savvy person like myself, and had the best price.  

This semi-passive business model has worked for me.
