I thought it was good, spoke a lot about systems, but I was under the mistaken impression that some of those systems were going to be revealed. 

So without revealing the neighborhood you like so well, are you willing to say what a "perfect neighborhood for wholesaling" looks like to you? 

They are more open to discuss details about a tenant's behavior or the amount of repairs that were needed upon move out.I feel like I should be somewhat guarded when I get calls as the current landlord, as if a more revealing answer could come back to bite me...I answer truthfully, but try to keep things short.
