Big-league lenders have also started to seek profits in the flip-loan marketplace, with global investment firm KKR & Co.

It could help burst bubble prices at some local markets and push prices in other areas that are nice to live but where salaries and work opportunities are not so good.I hope working remotely becomes a global trend.

So, when I’m evaluating deals, especially my first few, how much emphasis do you put on cash flow?

If I were looking at properties on the east side I would, personally put greater emphasis to the east side addresses within 3 blocks the BPG revitalization of Market St, since this technically falls into the City's master revitalization plants.

I know some brokers that counsel their clients not to place a lot of emphasis on the big hard deposits, and rightfully so. 

Or refinance more and use the extra funds to improve the property further to increase cashflow or acquire other properties to increase your global cashflow.
