A road is coming through from the largest Walmart distribution center in the world which will only be 23 miles away and Tesla is currently building a giant factory in the same area.

The leak is caused by lots of leaves and seed pods dropping from overarching branches from my neighbor's giant Royal Poinciana trees. 

Some people might feel it's tacky having a giant we buy houses sign on their fence.

However, "no PMI" is almost certainly going to "sell" better, even though "no PMI" needs those giant cynic-quotes around it, which is why you see it advertised everywhere. 

It's not as if the public works department dug a giant hole and then left it. 

Dick,I'm guessing that you don't have a landlord-friendly lease form that you are using, because if you did I think you would be more on top of payments and what the lease permits.If you are using some office supply lease form, then I suggest you get a real landlord-friendly lease.
