Just browsing around though I've seen some nice potential in some Spokane listings like @David Clinton III advised.

If you browse around and listen to some of the podcasts you'll find that a big reason Joshua Dorkin started this site was he believes in sharing information and hates those who try to scam new investors out of their money with get rich quick schemes.

I use my an android tablet when I am in the kitchen having coffe in the morning and browsing BP (like every normal person I suppose).

I just joined this group here and have been browsing through and it seems like there are plenty of knowledgeable people on here to answer any questions.

@Stefano MitranoIf you do not have mls access you can browse trulia, redfin, zillow etc to get an understanding of where current prices are.. are you looking commercial or residential?

A feature that would allow you to browse the fourms and not get kicked back to the first page.

I would just browse rentals online in your area and look at the property photos to see what appliances are included.

Browse through the forums, they are gold mines.
