That won't work for targeting very specific lists like pre-foreclosures or tax delinquent (better response rate - distressed sellers) but they may work if you want to focus on a specific neighborhood that you know really well, or a neighborhood that is turning around or about to get a huge multi billion research complex nearby for example.
