I also have a big trust problem with people, since I have been burned on numerous occasions as a general contractor.

This happened for almost the entire first week where the agent later told me that my emails mistakenly went into the spam folder.On many occasions, I have sent the agent listings that I’ve found myself which have potential (i.e. meet $100/month cash flow using 50% rule using achievable rents based on a Property Manager’s CMA) and wanted to get her opinion as to the property’s actual value and then possibly look at the property.

That happens on occasion.

My one call closing job is great on occasion since the income isn’t too shabby but I’d rather work in a field where I’m interested long term and I’m not limited to one skill set while also expanding my tool belt in the process.

On occasion, we can get creative and use assets held in Trust accounts as income, or for borrowers that are 59.5 or older we can use their IRA/retirement assets as income. 

@Azeez K.There have been a couple of occasions where I did get a mortgage that was fixed for 5 years, then adjustable thereafter, but no balloon.I first look, when getting a mortgage, for residential bank mortgages for SFH, and multi-units up to 4 units.

On occasion it can include all if your buying really low.

Proficiency in real estate accounting matters is paramount, but I would prefer someone local that I can meet face-to-face on occasion.  

We all need help on occasion, it’s ok to be compassionate.
