Provide a crystal clear buy box, keep taking action, and deals will start coming your way.  

I don't hold a crystal ball, but with continual growth in the tech and finance industry as well as several large mixed-use developments occurring in the City, one of which being Microsofts satellite campus, I'm still very bullish on ATL.

It will be much easier for others to work with you when they are crystal clear as to what you wish to achieve.

In short I would argue its a safer play and maybe (key word maybe because no one has a crystal ball) a market that will appreciate faster. 

However, one thing an attorney told me a long time ago, is that when a Judge or arbitrator reviews a contract they will always favor the party that did not write the contract in areas that are not crystal clear.
