No spend every dime you make having a good time then cry about how hard you worked all your life and get government housing, food stamps, a ticket to the local food bank and meals on wheels.

We were on food stamps drove a car that was 35 years old and would go to the Salvation Army drop off center at night and scrounge through the goods left outside the dumpster for stuff we could use  .

They're prices look great, but I'm not sure how I would accomplish the mail merge and "stamping" that services like Click2Mail offer.  

Fees may include Doc Stamps, Abstract Title, Title to Close, Recording, and other miscellaneous closing fees.

I do have before pictures but they are time stamped. 

Short answer is cross out the State/County and fill in the correct info.Longer answer is you may need to do that and stamp the form with CA specific notary note.

I used a standard priority mail American flag stamp. 

It is used to time stamp when I am in the property.  

Why don't the council members build more homeless shelters, soup kitchens and provide a nice weekly allowance along with the food-stamps and other taxpayer-funded benefits? 

I called to get an update and the deed has been red stamped and has to have a survey then approved by court house then i can close.
