I ended up finding a decent one, sorta semi-retired guy, who did OK until we sold.With that said, I've heard Jim Shapiro of Proffitt Real Estate Services is good as well as Josh House of Realiant Property Management are good.

They MIGHT travel 5-10 miles to rent a section (4 quarters, 640 acres) IF they have a semi or some tandem Just cat travel that far with the tractors and wagons most farmers use.

It is a brand new dumpster and we could not drop it in my driveway bc it would require the truck to drive up on the garden of my neighbor across the street with a semi-truck and we def didn't want to do that.

Hi Jim, Just some of my random thoughts.What you would do and what I would do are probably not for similar reasons, although the results might be the same.Multi-family is my passion, (not real estate), it's the structures I like, and housing people, and the interior refurbishments, and I am congruent with this 100%.Real state is a bigger definition, does it excite you to own a big warehouse with semi-truck docks and big yellow painted parking bollards, or to NNN lease to a Grocery store, or to own the building that several doctors and dentists practice in?
