I’m super excited to dive into real estate but I’d like some feedback on where to start and what to prioritize.

When it comes to investing, twenty-somethings should prioritize rental properties.

I believe in collaboration over competition, and I want to surround myself with other like-minded, local wholesalers who have done at least 1-3 deals.

I've been with eXp since 2018 & believe it was the best career decision I'm made yet- Not only am I happy with the freedom to scale & grow my 'team' throughout the US, the alternative compensation streams but mostly with the culture and collaboration that I've not found in other brokerages.

What I want to prioritize is speed and decent quality while still optimizing costs (in that order) as I want to get the unit (700sq ft) done within 1 month and do the same at least once a month.Thanks!
