My bench mark is 200$/mo cash flow,  I personally set that figure for myself while starting out.The deal seems a little slim to me.

Tons of pots, pans, bowls, glass pie pans...the list is loooong.I go out of my way to buy quality stuff for the house.

Don't mean to stir the pot...  

The air conditioner broke and she was trying to stay cool.I inspected a Lonnie Deal that had a pot growing room with black lights.The list goes on and on.What's the strangest/weirdest thing you ever saw?

Making it past my goal of 300lb bench/showing over 400 people my Network Marketing company; they both = dedication & motivation.

Not trying to stir the pot, but I'm pretty surprised straight up door-knocking is still effective in any industry!

I am wanting to know if anyone uses bench signs to advertise?

If done correctly, you are creating significantly higher returns on your money (possibly even infinite returns), and accelerating your velocity of money and wealth generation by using the "same pot of money" to build multiple streams of cashflow and multiple equity bumps.  

So we added twice the amount of kitchen cabinets as originally planned and even a pot filler over the range.

Providing furniture, linens,towels, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. is just too much work to interest me.
