How are we supposed to get to know your face and we have to sprain our necks to see who you are?

You just need to stay focused and get it done.If the cleanup is a family project then no doubt there will be some that will be thinking picking over cleaning which is fine I suppose as long as they know that within minutes the muscle is coming through and that pile is gone.

This misses the point.I'm thinking along the lines of being the muscle behind an out of town flip in order to earn big returns.

But I figure if I've got a couple of walls open, I should I may as well make the improvement now - I just don't want to do something that will cause more problems.Jim has some good advice but since this is my neck of the woods (and the house is 50+ years old) I have to ask.

@Tom Gimer  this was acreage that appeared to  abut a state highway.. they missed that it did not acutally abut the highway.. its not customary in our neck of the woods to survey a property.

(Meaning: finger across the neck, it's out of there!)
