My question, as a wholesaler is, would an end-buyer investor consider this property if the main house needs to be a demo project?

@Timothy MungerI’m about to start a build (not a multi-unit though) in Indianapolis too…I had waited a couple of years after demo, but you are right about the materials and the cost of construction going up!

I recently bought my first investment property and in need of a Demo/Cleanup crew or service.

Demo well underway today on a unit rehab that was a time capsule from '91. 

I enjoy acquisition and demo.

We are just waiting on our demo permit but was go to do a meetup before we DEMO. 

One of them went sideways and we pivoted it into a demo and new build in a small town south of Houston. 

We definitely need to know size, material, demo costs, etc to assess if that's an appropriate price. 

Because material prices are increases, contractor are in great demand and will take longer than anticipated, and some problems won’t be visible until demo is done.

For example, Week 1: Complete Demo, patch and drywall repairs, and measure to order key materials such as cabinets, tile, windows, etc...
