Demo well underway today on a unit rehab that was a time capsule from '91. Looking forward to bringing modern touches to this place! What rehabs are you all working on? 

Next up, scaffolding to get these lovely fixtures down!

Nice this is going to look great. cosmetic rehabs are the best because it does not take a lot of skill or time to make it look like a brand new house! I am in the middle of a couple rehabs right now. Started doing orange peel texture on walls and knockdown on ceiling and really turns any dated property into a modern. Very much worth it.
