I'm not sure, but maybe you could post the ad as it's worded, and "x" out the details to avoid it being a deleted as an advertisement? 

It makes me want to quit... because I don't have a good system and stuff is EVERYWHERE....Every month I take pictures of the rental checks on my phone or any check related to the property management and put it in albums for each according property....So where normal people have funny dog pics, I have a million checks on my phone.... and every month its a disaster scrolling through pics of checks, Let alone the NIGHTMARE of tech issues in sync'ing my devices and images getting passed around/deleted etc etc.....I'm sure no normal property manager does this.... what is the best system?

I deleted their emails and will not be contacting them.

I deleted 3 long posts before I settled on that one sentence.If this person won't come to their senses, I suggest you let them handle their own problems, including what to do between the time you quit and when they find a manager.

The next day the tenant deleted his Facebook and still refused to communicate with me.The next morning I received a call from the tenants parents asking to go in the apartment and get their sons cat and a few items.Finally the tennant called me and told me is was ok for their parent to get the cat and a few items( tv and bedroom suit).

That teeny little section makes charge offs deleted.

Sounds like a big old fat DELETE to me.

Can they legally send me to collections even though they did not take the money out and they gave me back my deposit and deleted my renting account with their firm. 

If I was trying to do anything fraudulent I would deleted this account and not try to explain myself.
