Definitely do your research in Airdna as well as just browsing local listings to see how full their calendars are and what prices they're going for.

The online interface is user friendly and you can get access to your money fairly quickly if you need it. 

Meanwhile all they are doing is browsing Zillow like it’s a hobby.

At the end of the day, you want to be in a place where all your agent is really doing is interfacing with the LISTING (Seller's) AGENT, not necessarily feeding you MLS listings.
