As a physician my income has gone down a bit due entirely to the economy (fewer elective surgeries) but look forward to more insured patients with the Affordable Health Care Act.

For those of you who have few employees, do you offer them anything besides pay (health care, paid vacation, phone, etc)?

However, my one concern was health care.

My only monthly expenses are my healthcare plan (also subsidized by my company) and a gym membership.I spent several years learning the basics of the stock market, I'm now ready for a broad change of pace and plan to use my lack of a monthly mortgage or rent to invest in my first property.All in all, I have built a plan to have financial freedom before I am 40, with the freedom to work or not work as I choose.

So, how is it different (legit question, not trying to start a fight, but rather have a conversation) when people who do not have the right to live here in the US, but get here through illegal means, and stay illegally, and take advantage of entitlements  and priveledges that belong to US citizens like health care and education?

It can even be converted to a one bedroom AirBNB by removing window near bathroom in master suite and replacing it with entry door, deleting internal master suite door to living room, that's another conversation tho :) I was able to rent to our targeted tenant pool of healthcare workers, two nurses will be roommates.I have a few pictures from an iPhone, not best quality.

The sectors we are interested in are healthcare, casinos, resorts, and large urban redevelopment projects ( mixed use ).

But just as in dentistry, we should be caring for the denture adjustment patient with the same compassion as the full mouth rehab patient.

@Nicole Heasley  In some areas like AZ and FL you see huge influxes of people  during certain seasons so there is more demand in health care during those times.
