I knew very little about this before I started to take action, but by taking action all the things I needed to know revealed themselves to me and allowed me to get that much closer to financial freedom.

What I am about to reveal below is a chapter of my life that, truth be told - I am embarrassed about.

It's really purpose is to reveal anything that was not apparent to the buyer on the initial walk  through.

A recent poster actually bought the wrong property....seems like the bank foreclosed on the wrong property, one of a pair side by side.....it would have been revealed with a survey.

Most of what we did was revive its old beauty: revealing and refinishing old floors, installing new countertops, fresh paint everywhere in and out, and fresh landscaping.

Inspections may reveal major issues that can cost a fortune and at that point the seller knows of the issues and will have to disclose / repair in the future.

I currently have a contract accepted on a foreclosed property and the inspection revealed the gas meter as well as the water meter have been removed.  

Before BP and people like you, I felt l like I was  in a dark room with tiny flash light, able to  reveal  a little bit of information  at a time.  

In this day and age I can’t imagine they’d give you a loan if it was revealed .
