I think you hammered all of it home.

I've been thinking about this more and currently I'd like to hammer out the approach I am going to take to try and buy adjacent properties. 

No easy way to remove it except sledge hammers and crow bars and sweat.

OR border to just south of Seattle that had 10 acres or more of visible timber ( via aerial photography that was available at the courthouse for free )  then we reversed directory them and had tele marketers hammer the phones 2 to 3 nights a week. 

I feel that we have generated a significant amount of good will by showing up at our new property with a mop, a paint can, and a hammer.

Being confrontational or putting the hammer down usually leads to push back and headaches.

@Danny OndikIn my lease it states clearly that the tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn and I hammer this point through at lease signing.  

The cheap Safe Sentry ones you can just pry/hammer and hammer/pry into. 

Its cool being part of their roll out here in my city but I think there are a few kinks they need to hammer out with the platform to make it more host access friendly and they definitely need to improve on their lead time in fixing issues.

I have done dozens of projects in Lehigh Valley  - took me a while to hammer out the right set up and all the right players.
