@Michelle FinleyIn expanding your business model it's prudent to add other verticals that will generate simultaneous income streams.You are currently doing wholesale, looking to try flips and I am sure along the way you might consider buy and hold, if you see something within your wholesale stock that would satisfy this model.You can't go wrong with your addition and good luck with its pursuit.

Ty, I am not aware of any note buyers or brokers that are currently doing simultaneous closings at the moment.

Vs, everyone that needs to sell their house, they all, themselves, do the looking themselves and they all finding you.So instead of John needing to find one person (doing the work), 2 people 3 people, he should have just let all these people all at the same time find HIM (they do the work, all at the same time, simultaneously)!
