As a guarantor they have the right to know whether little Johnny or Jane are in good {financial} standing under the lease and the obligation to open their wallet when they are not.Unfortunately if the mother is a co-signor of the lease, and the parents are not separated, it may be interpreted that the father has some standing depending on martial law ... you could quickly verify this.

I have no issue with the contemporaneous nature of my records or the level of detail contained in them.In interpreting the IRS tax code it states that travel time is not considered material participation but in other IRS guidance docs they state that they have no real definition of what constitutes travel etc.

Someone who sold their house in 2016/2017 would have sold for higher than someone in 2015 however, closed sales data across many SoCal markets I've reviewed shows most current closed sales 80% are closing under or at list price, what do you interpret from that ?
