I am not intending to knock Roofstock at all and hope to be a customer of theirs in the future, but my first shot with them has been disappointing to say the least.I found a house that I liked in a decent area in Georgia (most of the GA properties are either in the boonies, in "war zones," or areas with high vacancy).  

Most of the calls we property owners telling me my check amount was well below what they would sell their property if they were interested in selling which they weren't.We are disappointed and don't know which way to go with our Direct Mail marketing!

I was disappointed to see such a low amount.

It's a huge disappointment there.

Along those same lines, if you expect to cash flow with that house, you'll be disappointed.

Just kinda disappointed in these numbers.

I've attended conferences at both the Hilton, Doubletree, and Marriott and have never been disappointed.

I should have mentioned, if you're mailing letters and cards to them in a competitive market and hoping for a callback, you'll probably be disappointed by no or very poor response.

If I go talk about it on a podcast, and 50 people call me for it, then I'm going to be disappointing at least 45 of them.
