Never try to force a larger square peg in a smaller round hole, it won't fit, which means not everyone walking the earth can or should buy real estate.

The government is not and have proven themselves to be wasteful, have no business sense and no earthly idea on where to appropriate the funds that they "steal" from us in a manner that benefits anyone except the Federal Government.

@Phillip Hooks-Wright aside from the debate as to whether it’s legal or not... there is almost no business on earth that you can start legally with zero money.Even if you are providing a service you may need tools, bank account, insurance, invoicing system, quick books... something.I would work on building up some Capital through working and saving, then look to invest in a business.

If I had my pick though I would live in Sydney Australia, hands down the most beautiful place on earth!

It takes a lot more than looking at Google Earth to understand what goes into developing a subdivision.
