I am on the flip side now.NOW that the township mentioned it....everything SOUTH of me has complied, it's only my lot and a few north of me stuck in the PRE-ORDINANCE ways. and we are on the OUTSKIRT of their township off a turnpike (hence opportunity and headache)as he, the township, puts it, attacking it one unit at a time. b/c no owner in my section had been "revived".

To steal a tip or two from Dave Ramsey he says to save up an emergency fund of 1K then pay off debts start with the smallest (regardless of interest rate) and once the smallest is paid off then attack the next and so forth.
