I was wondering what the nearest rei clubs to Glen Rose, Texas might be.

I’m mostly interested in speculating on vacant residentially zoned land in Southern California and Nevada, but primarily in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

As of now i mainly just go on zillow and look up local properties in the inland empire, riverside county or san bernardino county.2) Does anyone have any advice on how I could find a mentor in my area, i figure the best way to learn is to model someone that's already doing it.3) Are there any local meet ups in the inland empire or orange county ?

Similarly, I might be in the market for ugly, brick bungalows in Riverside (if there are any :mrgreen:), with an avocado tree in the backyard, that have a cumulative DOM greater then 400 days, and that belongs to no HOA; whereas, someone else might be looking for a new ranch-style home along the beach.
