Hello BP.  I'm Ryan from L.A.  I attended a few real estate investing courses in late 2016.    It's helped me to create a mindset shift that will allow me to live life to it's fullest potential.  Prior to these courses I'd thought that the only avenues one could take in real estate was to be a Broker or a Sales Agent.  I'm focused on wholesaling, and later adding rentals to my investment portfolio.  I'm also interested in House Hacking.  I've been educating myself with BP tools for quite some time now.  I'm looking forward to working with, and learning as much as possible from the BP community!
