People who don't manage money well have other tell tale signs on their credit.

I'd maybe consider someone popped for  carrying a 1/4 gram of blow at a party or in their car.

Around the time I was thinking about canceling mycontract I saw an Instagram post that said, "Don't have patienceabout the things you want to achieve, but do have patience with thedecisions you make that are taking you toward your goals."

Ah, I could tell so many tales. - One time were leasing out a house in a neighboring county (Oldham) great schools, nice area, very desirable.

BP is great for anecdotal tales of people's experiences, but it's not organized as an educational resource.

it was a wives tale though that they would take the logs out into the ocean and reman them and sell it right back to us.. the logs went to Japan and stayed there.but it was the HBU for those logs to the private owners.. that's why our stud lumber is so knotty LOL.. we got the left overs. 

Just wondering what's up with the tenant who was being a tattle-tale and why.I managed an apartment building with 25 units for a long time.
