@Alec Anderson: No problem although just wanted to clarify this is not an exact formula (depending on compounding) and it really doesn't apply well in this case.Here, it sounds as though there is no true amortization.

@Adam Anderson, I live within 5-20 minutes of Paterson, East Orange, and Newark and they are definitely not the nicest neighborhoods on the block so I would be kind of anxious about shaky tenants.
