@Brian Grubb the overall housing market - owner occupied and rentals - in Clinton, Anderson County and part of north Knox County are directly impacted by the expansion of the auto parts manufacturers at the I-75 industrial park.

@Alec Anderson: No problem although just wanted to clarify this is not an exact formula (depending on compounding) and it really doesn't apply well in this case.Here, it sounds as though there is no true amortization.  

You might want to check out Clint Coon (attorney for Anderson Business Advisors out of Nevada) and just watch the informational videos that he has out.  

We also have some multi-family partners in the region such as Jerrid Anderson over at Colliers who have a great handle on multi-unit investment activity in King County (not in the Lynwood area I will say).

@Adam Anderson, I live within 5-20 minutes of Paterson, East Orange, and Newark and they are definitely not the nicest neighborhoods on the block so I would be kind of anxious about shaky tenants.

John Anderson I actually submitted that question to their website this morning to find out if there is a fee for the tenant.

I have been trying to learn about asset protection and have been talking to Anderson Advisors in NV and another lawyer in ID about setting up a structure for our multifamily complexes here in Utah.
