But mostly, I'd say lack of both communication and mutual respect are the root causes of the animosity.

Our group is unique in Ohio (I know as I served on the Ohio REIA board for a few years) staying grass roots. 

So, you have to be able to root out the trouble makers, upgrade the apartments and rebrand the building.

(Assuming I only receive income from the two legal units) Profit would be minimal, but since I'm planning on living in the first floor and I love the neighborhood I'm willing to take minimal gains.To the root of my question.

I'm only about 30% in and am loving how many of his concepts have crossover to "root cause analysis" and "5Ys" and many of the standard problem solving and Six Sigma principles that you learn in manufacturing.
