More often then not the property will be in a high crime area, and the local police reports reveal shootings, homicides, assaults, etc...Still I'll go drive to the property at night and my gut tells me pass.

Your offer associated with their asking price should have accounted for 95% of these things and the inspection should only reveal items not readily visible at your walk through.Good luck with it, but asking for reduced price on all of that probably won't land the deal.
