Hi I just closed on my first deal, a quad in Dayton / Kettering. The inspection revealed a handful of electrical issues that need to be addressed. Nothing too serious, but enough to take up a few hours. Looking for a recommendation for someone who will do quality work at an honest price. Thanks in advance!
