He is a retired Senior Vice President from a large Metropolitan Bank and moved to my area to get away from the city but found himself wanting a second career where he could still be people oriented and got his Realtors license a little more than 25 years ago.

I just stumbled upon a post that I created 2 years ago asking whether there are casual NYC meet ups for real estate investors.Since then I tried to find even more niche group where I wanted to connect with women in the RE investing field which isn't so easy to come across.I find that real estate investing space in general is predominantly male oriented and I figured it would be nice to have a space where women can come and support each other in this field.I finally had the courage to nudge my introvert self and create a real estate investing group for women in NYC.

I most certainly will try that.Keith - They provide a warranty for fixing the pipe/plumbing, however no consequential damages, i.e. tenant possession damages, they lost many items like rugs, decor, electronics; they just moved in with most items still on the floor.
